The Emerging Artist Stream is the new name for the
FCMF National Music Festival’s
traditional programming for advanced-level competitors.

Registration Deadline: June 30, 2024 | Registration Fee: $225
- Participants in this stream are 30 years and under, playing advanced concert repertoire.
- Classes available in the following disciplines: voice, piano, strings, guitar, woodwinds, brass, percussion, and musical theatre.

- 1st and 2nd Place awards available in each discipline - $2,000 and $1,500 respectively
- First Place Winners in each discipline compete for the $5,000 NRS Foundation Grand Award
- First Place Winners in each discipline receive a professional performance or applied study opportunity
Adjudicators at affiliated Provincial Festivals or the Local Stream Qualifying Round may recommend TWO competitors in each discipline.
