The FCMF National Music Festival offers virtual
Composition Classes for Canada's young composers

Registration and Submission Deadline: June 30, 2023 | Registration Fee: $125
The Composition Stream is a virtual performance and educational opportunity for Canada's young composers
- Classes are offered at three levels:
- Junior - 14 years and under
- Intermediate - 18 years and under
- Advanced - 30 years and under
- There are solo/duo and ensemble classes at each of the three levels

- Participants receive written adjudication comments and engage with their adjudicator in a virtual adjudication workshop
- Participants receive a certificate indicating the standard of their performance [platinum, gold, silver, bronze]
Adjudicators at affiliated Provincial Festivals or the Local Stream Qualifying Round may recommend TWO competitors in each composition class.
