The Developing Artist Stream is the
FCMF National Music Festival’s
programming for intermediate-level competitors

The Developing Artist Stream is a virtual performance and educational opportunity.
- Participants in this stream are 18 years and under, playing intermediate-level concert repertoire comparable to conservatory grades 8-10.
- Classes available in the following disciplines: voice, piano, strings, guitar, woodwinds, brass, percussion, and musical theatre.

- 1st and 2nd Place awards available in each discipline - $500 and $250, respectively
Adjudicators at affiliated Provincial Festivals or the Local Stream Qualifying Round may recommend TWO competitors in each discipline.
